If you have been in any of the big box pet stores in the past few weeks and checked the price of pet food, you would be sufferering sticker shock like I am. I was totally shocked to find that over 70% of the foods in PetsMart were more expensive than Nature's Select pet foods in the large bags. The problem is, their large bags are in the 30 to 40 pound range and are more expensive per pound than our food, making a 40 pound bag cost over $55.00. When you are comparing our food prices to those at the stores, please compare us on price per pound. Most of our foods cost $1.12 per pound in our 50 pound bag.

We are trying hard to hold the line on price increases. We recently changed manufacturers so that we can continue to hold the line on quality and pricing. There are no plans in the near future to have a price increase, making our food an incredible value as we are cheaper in price than some of the more popular foods that are using inferior quality ingredients like corn, wheat and soy as well as animal fat.
